HOW WILL MY JEWEL BE DELIVERED?

All Claverin jewelry (excluding the cords range) will be delivered in a box. For the cord range, the jewels are delivered in a white cotton pouch. They will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

If you choose the gift wrapping option, the cords will come with a gift bag, other jewelry will be wrapped with gift wrap and a wax brand seal.

 

WHAT ARE THE PEARLS SELECTED BY CLAVERIN?

We carefully choose high quality pearls which we hope will bring you complete satisfaction. Our pearls are all natural in color, luster and orient. They have not undergone any treatment. Our white and pink pearls are cultured freshwater pearls. They come from pearl farms in Asia, Hyriopsis Cumingi mussels. Our black pearls are cultured seawater pearls from Tahiti (oyster Pinctada Margaritifera).

 

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY CLAVERIN JEWEL

Worn, the pearls will enjoy the benefits of your skin (be careful, some skins can cause the pearls to die). Avoid cosmetics and perfumes. A jewel is a precious object, take special care of it. Store your jewelry away from gemstones which could damage it. Store them at room temperature. In case of prolonged storage, store them near a container filled with water. Clean your pearls using water and a soft cloth. You can also use a drop of olive oil to make them shine. For any other maintenance, seek professional advice.

 

ARE CLAVERIN JEWELERY GUARANTEED?

All of our jewelry is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects. Wear, damaged pearls and stones, and incorrect use of jewelry are not guaranteed.

If your order is late, please do not hesitate to contact us. You should have received an e-mail with the tracking number of your order as well as the link from the Post Office on which you can follow the delivery.

 

HOW TO RETURN A CLAVERIN JEWEL?

Jewelry purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. Jewelry must be returned in their original packaging with insurance and tracking number.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Delivery times depend on stocks. If a product is in stock, it is shipped within 72 hours, if it is not in stock, the deadline is indicated in the product sheet. If in doubt do not hesitate to call us. Shipments are then made by carrier with tracking.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE THE CORD OF MY CLAVERIN BRACELET?

We suggest you change the cord of your bracelet in order to enjoy your jewelry for longer. Your bracelet will be returned to you within 3 days of receipt of your jewel. You can order a change of cord on the page:

HOW CAN I REPAIR MY CLAVERIN JEWELERY?

Claverin jewelry can be repaired in our workshop. They must be returned to us by tracked mail in strong cardboard packaging. A quote and a deadline will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the jewel, including return shipping costs.

 

WHAT REPAIRS ARE PROPOSED BY THE WORKSHOP?

The workshop can repair most accidents that have occurred to your Claverin jewel, the most classic repairs are as follows:

Polishing / rhodium plating: Polishing your jewelry gives it a shine close to the original one.

The replacement of pearl(s): In case of loss or deterioration of your pearls, we offer to replace them.

Replacing the clasp: All of our clasps are made of gold and may deteriorate over time, we offer a replacement service when it is too worn or broken.

Re-threading pearls: The thread that makes up some of our models can relax over time under the weight of the pearls or due to the use of chemicals (beauty products, perfumes, etc.). A re-threading of the pearls is therefore recommended each year to preserve the hold of your jewel. After having been carefully cleaned, the pearls are strung one by one on a new thread.

Welding: Sometimes a welding breaks as a result of too much traction. We re-weld or replace your chains, clasps and rings in our workshop.
